Interstate 95 North to Exit 3A in Rhode Island,
This is the exit for University of Rhode Island, Newport, and Route 138.
Take Route 138 East (right) until traffic light at Route 1.
Then continue straight (crossing Route 1) until the next traffic light at Route 1A.
